The Boat House Cafe, Swanwick

Went down to The Boat House Café at Moody's Marina in Lower Swanwick last weekend. Have been there before, but not for a while, and took our friend Chris as a 50th Birthday Treat :) :).

Bit too nippy to sit outside (last time we came with Peggy, Jake (RIP dude) and Jessie it must have been summer as sat by the marina), although dogs are allowed inside.

Lovely breakfast. not the cheapest, and served quite quickly. Coffee was nice, though a mug would have been preferable and more coffee for the price.

Only problem we had was avoiding the 0900 rising sun shine coming in, which was difficult due to all the windows, but meant a couple of us couldn't see!

Managed a few walks together this week. Pol wobbled around the blackberry field, but gets a bit much for her wonky legs.

She doesn't mind too much being left behind, as has choice of beds!

Not sad really...just wants food!!

Few varied walks from Chilling to Posbrook.
They don't like gates. Spoil all the fun!

Jan's new photography career??

Windswept look!

Cabbage heaven!

We thought the mud had dried up a bit, but the shady spots sadly aren't. Been able to dunk the dogs in nearby streams afterwards though.

Peg and Jess not happy that we were so slow through the mud!

No more snow though :(

All for this week.

From all of us :)) x
