This week we headed for a local brekkie, as both had busy days. The
Joseph Paxton Pub has just started doing breakfasts between 1000- 1200 every day (and their twin pub, The Cob and Pen in Fareham does too).
We were the first, and only people in there during the first hour. Friendly staff. Breakfast itself was good value - 2 full English for £12 including toast and coffee.
Very nice - though the sausages were a bit undercooked for both our liking, though not as raw as the awful brekkie we had a few months ago in Botley (but the dogs all benefitted!).
Few walks together over the week.

Jessie welcome! |

Polly's one outing this week..Jessie in front as the boss |

Legs getting more wonky :( |

Another speedy Jessie welcome!(Peggy doing the same to Aunty Margaret in the background!) |
Polly only managed one as her legs are exceptionally wobbly, so she gets lots of extra attention at home to make up for it.
Which usually involves begging for food,

or playing ball.

Still ball obsessed - but just pushes down the slope for mum to push up |
We have been lucky and missed the odd showers this week. Though Peggy and I had to wade through a stream up in Whiteley woods which was a lot wider than expected due to the rainfall.

Stream that was dried up |

Bit of a unexpected paddle |
Otherwise its been quite hot again.
